Terms of Sale
Prices displayed on the online store are in Canadian dollars (CAD), before taxes and customs charges (if applicable). The price is payable in one instalment at the time of the order, except for special agreements. The shop reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
The online store display translates product prices into US dollars (USD) for its US customers. Prices in USD will vary with current exchange rates.
Special attention is paid to checking the display of product descriptions and prices. However, if a product display error occurs due to a typographical error or for other reasons in the price or description of a product, we reserve the right to cancel an order. If the payment for a cancelled order has been debited, the amount will be refunded.

When you buy an original work or a reproduction, you become the owner of the physical work. As an acquirer, you may reproduce the work by photographic process for personal archival purposes and for insurance purposes only.
Audrey Giguère, remains the holder of all her copyrights, including the right to reproduce the work in all forms and in all processes, as well as the right to publicly communicate the work in a non-material form. for all countries and for the duration of copyright.
