Refund policy

A problem? Contact us within 15 days

No one is immune to a glitch. If your order has been damaged by the carrier or if the reproductions have a printing defect from the supplier, you have 5 days from the date you received your product to inform us. Please send us photos and all the relevant details and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Upon agreement, we will either exchange or replace a defective product or refund it if the exchange is not possible. Please note that delivery for return fees and custom fees are not refundables.

Note that the actual colors of the original works and reproductions may differ slightly from their display on the website.
